Hillsman wins “Most Wearable” garment award at the 2014 DRESSED competition

Out of twenty teams of talented interior designers and architects, Hillsman was awarded “Most Wearable” for the construction of a one-of-a-kind couture garment made from materials traditionally used to create buildings for the International Interior Design Association Georgia Chapter’s largest annual competition DRESSED in September 2014

Hillsman’s garment was based on the inspiration of the Buddhist proverb about the Three Wise Monkeys. “Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil.” The garment was made from sponsoring manufacture’s products including, pieces of multi-colored quartz from Caesar Stone, Humanscale fabric, and light bulbs from Southern Lighting Source.

Over five hundred members of Georgia’s interior design community attended the competition to raise money for the non-profit, Dressed for Success.
